Job DescriptionJob Description

1st shift for individuals with industrial spray coating background. Duties include cleaning, painting, and loading fabricated steel. Requires the use of shop drawings, overhead cranes, grinders, mixers, spray guns, etc.

 

Qualifications:

*Ability to perform all job responsibilities safely and follow safety guidelines.

*Conventional Spray paint experience

*Powder coat experience-helpful if have experience

*Prep and debur your own parts

*Painting steel Weldments

*High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.

*Industrial coating experience preferred.

*Ability to stand for entire shift and walk throughout the facility.

*Must be able to repeatedly lift 10-20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

*Ability to perform basic math computations.

*Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

*Must be flexible with required working hours, including overtime.

*Must be team oriented with focus on quality and productivity

Schedule:

Day Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm M-F and some Saturdays 50-55hours a week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
