We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our remodeling team. In this position, you follow the tiling installation process from start to finish. Our ideal candidate has experience with both tile installation and LVP flooring. Carpentry experience is also useful.

The primary responsibility of this tile Installer position is to ensure the precise installation of tile products.

 

• Thoroughly review and understand all information listed on job paperwork prior to beginning a project.
• Upon completion of a job, carefully clean, and inspect work area for possible trade damage before leaving the Job site.
• Responsible for installation tools and their maintenance
• Using effective time management to ensure job completion is timely and thorough.

 

Qualifications

• Experience in tile setting on floors, showers, and backsplashes.
  • 4+ years experience preferred.
  • Must have experience waterproofing showers.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check as we work in private homes.
• Must be able to speak and write in fluent English.

 

Benefits and Compensation

• $18-$27/hr Based on experience and abilities.
• Commission/bonuses based on job performance.
• Payed time off available.
• No micromanagement.
• Monday through Friday work schedule 9-5 with some flexibility.
• Occasional Over time opportunities.
• All tools and supplies provided
