Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with various mental health concerns

- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with mental health issues

- Assess client's needs and develop treatment plans based on their specific goals and circumstances

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health conditions

- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation within 24 hours.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work or related field

- Licensed as a LCSW, or LMFT with the BBS

- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families

- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with prescribing providers

- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma or PTSD

- Good documentation, assessment, and treatment plan writing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
