Prestigious Long Island Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York must have a minimum of 2-10 years experience in personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspect of personal injury, litigation, including but not limited to Labor Law, slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents

Provide guidance and counsel to clients

Review and monitor case facts to determine insurance coveralls case value and medical care

Negotiate settlements throughout all stages of the case

Appear for court dates, including but not limited to motions and trials, depositions, arbitration, and mediation in all counties

 

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience
