Position Overview: We are seeking a Versatile Associate to join our team, specializing in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work. As a Versatile Associate, you will have the chance to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department.
• Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Flexibility to work in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department as needed.

This full-time position requires you to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.
