Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, supervision, coordination and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of on-site construction including, excavation, concrete, asphalt, electrical work.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Attend all required meetings
  • Manage Quality Control Systems and provide guidance as needed
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Project Managers, Electricians and Safety Officials as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft programs
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience with USACE and Government entities is a plus
