We are seeking a Temporary Call Center Agent to join our team for the Mother's Day holiday +

All candidates must be available to work 8 AM - 5 PM May 3rd - May 13th 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls 
  • Place orders for customers seeking delivery or pick up of floral products
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding floral products
  • Provide information about the products and services

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
