Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician IV
Pay Rate: $23-$36/hour, dependent on experience

Schedule: 2 Shifts Available:

• Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
• Friday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Location: Puyallup, WA

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician for one of our clients in Puyallup, WA. Our client is at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing, specializing in advanced machining and complex assembly of mission-critical components. They utilize precision engineering techniques across a variety of materials, including Aluminum, Steel, Titanium, and Inconel, to meet the high-quality demands of the aerospace sector. Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for performing routine maintenance and timely repairs in the manufacturing facility. This role demands a high level of precision and attention to safety, ensuring that all machinery and tooling functions smoothly and reliably.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replace defective equipment parts, reassembling equipment as necessary.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and facility deterioration.
• Inspect mechanical systems, such as drives and motors, replace filters, and conduct lubrication routines.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, as well as electronic diagnostic devices, to diagnose and fix mechanical issues.
• Assemble, install, and repair various electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and associated costs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and report any safety issues to management immediately

Position Requirements

• Proven ability to handle various maintenance tasks, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical training or certification preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with aerospace materials such as Aluminum, Steel, Titanium, and Inconel is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic proficiency with computers and typical office software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
