We have an opening for a full-time experienced Water Restoration Technician ( Will train the right applicant ). We are a very successful and growing emergency water removal company located in Fredericksburg, VA and are looking for serious inquires only to join our TEAM.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays; day or night.
• High level of attention to detail and customer service oriented.
• Water Mitigation Experience and/or IICRC Certified a plus.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to pass background, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Honest, hardworking and willing to be part of a Team.

Primary Role:

• Perform assigned services, following Spartan's production guidelines.
• Customer Communication Skills
• Crew Chief Support
• Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
• Loading and Unloading equipment off company trucks
• Set up and staging area, and equipment for each project
• End of day truck breakdown
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
