Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Assurance Technician

The QA Technician will monitor the quality assurance activities of all raw materials, in
-process and finished products. They will ensure operations compliance with HACCP and GMPs and also ensure sanitation is complying with SSOPs.

:

- Ensure compliance with HACCP and GMPs for all operational activities

- Conduct sampling and analytical testing of products

- Monitor and maintain raw materials, in
-process and finished product traceability log

- Keep log of analytical data of all laboratory analysis

- Prepare samples aseptically for customers and external laboratories

- Conduct environmental monitoring sampling, GMP audit and glass and brittle plastics
audit

- Perform daily plant GMP audits ensuring that plant sanitation is conducted according to
Master Sanitation Program/ Schedule to meet the expected standards

:

- Bachelor's degree is Science, Food Science, or related

- 1
-2 years of experience is a similar role in Quality Assurance

- Food industry background is preferred

- Knowledge of lab tests, analyses, and various lab equipment

- Ability to handle various lab samples

- Strong computer knowledge; MS Word, Excel, and Access
