As an integral part of our organization, the Administrative Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting, including proficient phone handling and outstanding customer service skills, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and willingness to learn to the organization.
This position is remote, however we are looking for someone resides in North or South Carolina.
Daily functions of this role include:
Complete tasks as assigned
- Schedule inspections correctly for clients & realtors
- Communicate with the office team members, inspectors, realtors, and clients
- Recognize and handle complaints by asking questions, applying knowledge, and creative thinking
- Communicate and assist inspectors as needed
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and seamless execution of services for our clients and realtors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering Inquiries: Professionally answer telephones and greet callers, providing accurate information and addressing questions via both telephone and email.
- Calendar Management: Schedule inspections and maintain calendars to facilitate smooth coordination of tasks and appointments.
- Email Correspondence: Respond promptly and effectively to email inquiries, maintaining a high standard of written communication.
- Support Services: Provide comprehensive support to ensure the flawless execution of our services to clients and realtors, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Task Execution: Perform assigned tasks with diligence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards meeting monthly and yearly goals as set by the company, actively contributing to the success of the team and organization.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and uphold organizational standards.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the company's collective effort by collaborating with team members and accomplishing related tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Office Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an office setting, including a proven track record of effectively answering phones and handling various administrative tasks.
- Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in customer service with at least 3 years of experience in providing exceptional service to clients and customers.
- Educational Background: An associate degree is a plus, showcasing a commitment to education and a foundation of relevant knowledge.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are handled effectively.
- This is a remote position. Candidate should reside in North or South Carolina.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Compensation
Hourly Employee - $17 per hour
Medical Allowance - $200 per month
Vacation
After 1 year - 1 week
After 3 years - 2 weeks
