Job Requirements:
- ABEM with 2 years experience
- 14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts/day)
- 12 hours of APP coverage
- Shifts: 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts
- Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives
- Trauma Designation: Stroke Center
Shifts beginning September 2024. Once the provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts.
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active IL medical license, DEA
- BLS, ACLS
