Job DescriptionJob Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the distribution and billing of all project materials and equipment. They work closely with vendors to secure the appropriate supplies and to uphold positive working relationships. The MC is an important role within the project management team that provides accurate accountability of all materials and equipment on job sites.

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product research for the Project Management and Estimation Team

  • Coordinate with supervisors to move/arrange existing materials, supplies and equipment between projects

  • Coordinate with supervisors for delivery of material and supplies at job site

  • Order rental equipment and storage containers for job site

  • Track inventory at all projects

  • Review invoices for price and quantity discrepancies against Purchase Order (PO)

    • Enter Invoice Data into master sheets

Preferred Skills:

  • Windows 10 or 11 experience
  • Proficient with MS Excel & Outlook & Teams
  • Proficient with File Explorer (Create, rename, modify folders)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Data Entry
  • Experience with dealing with sensitive documents
  • Knowledge of building materials preferred
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred

This is an in office position.
