We are looking for a result driven retail store manager to be responsible for the store's overall success. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in customer service, hospitality, employee recruitment, and retail management. The store manager’s responsibilities include supervising other team members.
- Develop Strategies - Develop strategies to drive the business forward.
- Motivate and Support Team - Motivate and inspire your team to provide excellence in merchandising presentation, customer experience, and operations execution.
- Take Ownership - Provide leadership and direction to your team by creating an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity, and profitability.
- Problem Solving - Address challenges such as sales, profitability, and staff management, while leading and inspiring a customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding your team.
- Innovate - Identify opportunities to leverage and maximize sales and monitor KPIs to create accountability in achieving company goals.
- Supervise - Supervise their teams, ensuring all tasks are completed per company standards.
- Report - Attend regular meetings and complete weekly reports.
- Marketing - Implement and track marketing efforts weekly.
- Inventory - Maintain accurate and positive inventory levels with zero customer complaints regarding missing products
Position Requirements:
- Education - Have at least a High School Diploma with 2+ years of leadership experience in the retail, service or hospitality industry.
