Job Description:

As a Commercial Property Cleaner at blue Commercial Property Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' properties are spotless, well-maintained, and ready to welcome visitors. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail stores, and industrial facilities. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and maintain restroom facilities.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory is low.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and checklists.
• Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours:  40 per week
