Class A CDL Driver

David Michael Productions, Inc. is seeking a well-qualified Class A CDL Certified Driver to safely operate tractor trailers, box trucks, and Company vans to transport our audio visual equipment to various venues throughout the Chicagoland area and nationwide.

· Starting pay at $25 per hour

As a Class A CDL Certified Driver you will:

· Safely drive a tractor trailer locally and nationwide to transport equipment between our warehouse and various venues including hotels, convention centers, etc

· Ensure vehicle is in proper working condition and meets all DOT regulations by performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

· Utilize E-Logs

· Use forklift in warehouse

· Support warehouse personnel with pulling of equipment, quality control, and restocking

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates require:

· Have a valid Class A CDL Driver’s License

· Have great attendance and punctuality

· Have an excellent driving record; experience using electronic log books

· Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

· Be able to work well with Fleet Manager and a team of drivers

· Be able and willing to work weekends and overtime, as business demands

· Have at least 3 years of steady experience related to the role as outlined above, including driving experience

· Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
