Upside Grounds, LLC DBA NessAlla Kombucha is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our production/brewing team at our Madison, WI headquarters. Growth opportunities are available to lead an additional shift on our production lines. This is a full-time position.
Who We Are Looking For:
You are extremely self-motivated, hard-working and an all-around team player. You are not afraid to ask questions but you are a confident problem solver. You have great attention to detail and you learn quickly from mistakes. You are excited at the possibility of becoming part of a rapidly growing company and developing your own career in the process.
Duties Will Include:
- Work the production line which includes, bottling, capping, sealing, canning, and packaging the kombucha.
- Keep a log of day specific batch numbers and amount of Kombucha produced per batch.
- Follow very detailed daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.
- Detailed cleanup of the brewery.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized with an ability to work independently
- Strong customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand and follow instructions, both written and oral
- Maintain team-oriented working relationships with fellow crew members
- Exhibits patience at all times
