  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.

Duties

  • Provide a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide retail sales recommendations for hair care products to clients.
  • Up-sale additional salon services to clients, such as toners, hair repair treatments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

  • License- You must maintain a current cosmetology license in the state you are applying
  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and ability to recommend appropriate hair care products to clients.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You MUST have at least 10 years minimum experience behind the chair AND an active FL Cosmetology license AND live within 15 - 20 miles of the salon AND able to start immediately.
  • Cosmetology License (Required)
  • Clientele Base within a 30 miles radius (Required)
