Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for an IT Technician to join a growing and dynamic Managed Service Provider. In this position, you will be providing onsite and remote support to clients with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues independently, including:
- Workstation operating system issues.
- Printer issues.
- Business application issues, for example, Office.
- Common business application issues, for example, Sage and QuickBooks, and more specialized applications with vendor support.
- Basic and intermediate server issues.
- Basic and intermediate networking issues.
- Answer incoming Quick Fix calls.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience with helpdesk support or similar.
- Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is preferred.
- Active IT Certifications are preferred.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle that you can use for traveling to and from clients' offices and our offices.
