Barrel Roller

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs various duties including loading barrels, dumping barrels, barrel selection, barrel repair, and barrel inventory.
• Maintains warehouse facilities through dunnage work, cleaning, and sanitation.
• Participates in natural work teams and special project teams.
• Climbing up sets of steps to access multi-level floors of warehouse.
• Be able to access ricks in a 14-inch wide opening, work in tight spaces, and manipulate barrels when stuck.

Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to withstand both extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to physically manipulate 500-pound barrels, lift, bend, work at heights, stand for long periods of time, and frequently climb steps.
• Candidate must be a team player and is self-motivated.
• Candidates must be willing to meet hygiene and sanitation requirements as described by company policy.

Must be available for first shift operation.
Wage Range $18.00 - $23.00

Previous experience in the industry is a large positive and will impact the starting wage.

We are also looking to add a forklift operator to our operation if you have prior forklift experience.
