KB Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC. is looking to add new members to its team. KB is a relatively small but growing company that is looking for hard working individuals that are passionate about or are interested in learning about landscaping/lawn care and take pride in their work. Experience is not necessary, although experienced individuals will be compensated based on amount of experience and the job role they fulfill. Although this is a job posting for general labor, growth within the company is a great possibility given you have the right attitude and a great work ethic. Some of the responsibilities and required abilities are covered below.

 

Responsibilities:

• Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects and/or garden maintenance.
• Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
• Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
• Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
• Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues.
• Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
• Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews. Perform general landscape maintenance including planting and transplanting.
• Treat company equipment with care and report when equipment is damaged or broken.

Qualifications:

• Have a physical fitness level to work an 8-hour labor intensive day.
• Be able to work with others well but also be able to work independently as needed.
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions. We try to limit working in extreme heat, rain, or cold, but sometimes it is unavoidable.
