Job Description:
RPh on the Go, a premier staffing agency, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hospital Pharmacy Manager for a full-time position in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hospital pharmacy experience and one year of management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hospital pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage inventory.
  • Oversee medication adherence programs and immunization programs.
  • Ensure the pharmacy provides high-quality patient care and service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience and 1 year of management experience.
