We are seeking an associate attorney to become a part of our team. You will be actively litigating cases from filing to trial. We are looking for an energetic attorney who is hungry to learn and willing to try cases. You will have the opportunity to second-chair at trial and possibly try your first case as the primary attorney. We pride ourselves on having a relaxed, professional work environment and have an amazing team of support staff. We are willing to train and assist you in developing your career as an attorney. Duties:

- Assist senior attorneys in all stages of litigation and legal proceedings

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance

- Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed

- Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

- 0-2 years as a licensed attorney

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

-Prior litigation/trial experience is a plus, but not required

Skills:

- Litigate: Ability to represent clients in court proceedings and handle all aspects of litigation.

- Negotiate: Skill in negotiating settlements or agreements on behalf of clients.

- Write: Strong writing skills to draft clear and concise legal documents.

- Research: Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources.

- Legal drafting: Ability to draft accurate and effective legal documents.
