Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an individual who embodies the essence of a "people person" with a talent for sales and effortlessly forges connections with others. As our dental receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of our office, establishing the initial rapport with patients both over phone and in person. Must be bilingual Spanish/English, and have a solid understanding of dentistry. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Welcoming patients
*Updating patient's information as needed
*Verifying insurance eligibility
*Answering a multi-line phone
*Collecting copays
*Presenting treatment and fees associated with it
*Accurately posting payments into patient's ledger
