Job Description: We are looking for motivated and reliable Helpers to assist with the installation of windows, doors, and kitchens. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with some experience in remodeling or carpentry to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in Installation: Help with the setup, installation, and cleanup of window, door, and kitchen installations.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
  • Tool Management: Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Support Crew Leads: Assist crew leads and other team members with various tasks as needed.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures on the job site.
  • Learning & Development: Take initiative to learn new skills and techniques from experienced crew members.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in remodeling, carpentry, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
  • Physically able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Must pass a background check.
