Job Responsibilities:
- Help Pharmacists in their daily tasks to smoothly run the pharmacy.
- Answering phone calls.
- following up on medication refills for customers.
- Assisting pharmacy personnel with clerical functions.
Requirements:
- Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, with good work ethics.
- Good working speed with accuracy.
- Be able to work independently and on a team.
- Good data entry/typing skills. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is preferred.
- Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.
Education:
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
