TLD Contractors Inc. (CSLB License # 624137) is a General Engineering Contractor with more than 50 years of experience in the construction field, including the management of numerous projects, totaling over $500 million, from the conceptual stage to final occupancy, including architectural plans, design, estimating, budget criteria, value engineering, scheduling, supervision, and construction. We are also a Forensic Contractor retained by attorneys, insurance companies, homeowners' associations, and homeowners to investigate construction defects, water intrusion issues, construction accidents, and personal injury claims. We develop cost estimates to repair damages and review plans for code conformance and contract disputes. Timothy DeLise serves as an expert witness for arbitration, mediation, and trial.

Bookkeeping/ Administrative Position:

• Previous experience working in a construction company is preferred. 
• -Manage the general ledger and all financial transactions for multiple bank accounts
• -Oversee the accounts payables and receivables process
• -Maintain updated and accurate financial records
• -Maintain subcontractor's additional insured Certificates of Insurance
• -Execute payroll process and track sick pay and PTO for employees
• -Excel, Quickbooks, Office Suite are a few of the programs used.
• -Attention to detail
• -Correspondence with subcontractors, law firms
• -Maintain accurate job costs and costs of goods sold for invoicing.
• -Administrative tasks as assigned
