Roofing Jobsite Supervisor

Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and roofing crews.

- Ensure projects are completed on time.

- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on job sites.

- Review and interpret work orders.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship.

- Communicate with clients and team to address any concerns or issues.

- Provide guidance and support to roofing crews.

-Haul dump trailers to the landfill.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry

-Experience driving and backing a truck and heavy dump trailer

- Proven experience in a supervisory role

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Requirements:

• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of the office.
• Must be able to back truck and heavy dump trailer.
• Must be willing to work late evenings and Saturdays when needed.
