We are based in the heart of Manhattan, New York, and are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ads Manager to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and eager to drive tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Generate innovative content and campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Assist in the production of marketing content, potentially including shooting videos or photos.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights in weekly discussions to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and continuously develop professional skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to come up with new ideas for content and campaigns.
