  • Must be able to pass a Mandatory Drug test
  • Acting tour guide for zipline tours
  • Selling additional services and products.
  • Fitting harness and helmets correctly and ensuring the safe and proper use of all equipment.
  • Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
  • Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
  • Performing course rescues.
  • Educating guests about the history of The Umauma Experience.
  • Conducting complete inspections of all course components and gear.
  • Assisting with course maintenance efforts.
  • Attending required meetings and training.
  • Upon completion of the zipline guide training and working as a zipline guide you will be eligible for a pay increase to $16.00 / $17.00 per hour.
