**Position Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a handyman, with a focus on both residential and commercial properties.
• Proficiency in electrical work is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Performing general handyman tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance as needed.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
