Boutique firm in Phoenix (Biltmore area) searching for a diamond in the rough. The need for hiring a Servicing Agent as new headcount is exciting As a Servicing Agent you would work with clients and be involved with life insurance, LTC Insurance, Annuities, Disability Insurance, etc. This is a very detail oriented position where documentation must be correct the first time around. We use "WealthBox" as our CRM, however, any CRM experience will make your transition easier. There is no limit on where you can grow in this organization

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow up and handle insurance servicing requests
  • Create proposed solutions using illustration for clients
  • Work on all information for inputting new insurance plans
  • Document procedures and workflows for all insurance work
  • Other projects as needed

Our Ideal Candidate has some of these traits:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent; any college a plus
  • Experience working in the life insurance and/or annuities industry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Technically savvy with software along with MS Office and databases (CRM)
  • Self-motivated, analytical skills, highly organized
  • Excellent follow up with the ability to take initiative

Benefits are available after 90 days. Base + Bonus potential. Opportunity to get licensed within 6 months if not licensed already.
