Diesel Technician

  • Direct Hire

  • Mon-Fri, 7-5, or 6-4

Job Duties:

  • Will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium duty and heavy-duty trucks, including General Motors models, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines including General Motors, Ford and Dodge
  • Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, interpreting technical manuals and schematics as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working on light to medium duty diesel trucks required
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools to repair and maintain diesel engines
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • GM experience highly preferred
