Housemen

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Houseman will be responsible for the heavy housework within all properties as needed. The position will be responsible to maintain the highest quality cleaning services and ensure that principals’ residence and all other properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness possible. This position requires travels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:

Duties of the Housemen include, but are not limited to:

· Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior structures.

· Maintain and clean windows.

· Maintain and clean all walkways, patios, and parking areas.

· Clean, maintain and organize pool areas and all furniture and umbrellas.

· Maintain, clean, and sanitize bathrooms.

· Maintain exterior furniture including pressure washing sanding and oiling.

· Maintenance of tennis courts and fitness structures.

· Automobile and Golf Cart maintenance which includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc.

·

· Maintain and clean lights and light fixtures throughout a property. Ensure that light bulbs are working and replace as needed.

· Responsible for setting up, maintaining and break down of furniture during hosted events.

· Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining collection area clean and sanitary.

· Transportation of high-end furniture and priceless art between estates and warehouses.

· Running company errands as needed.

· Organization and cleanliness of warehouses.

· Pressure wash ponds and roof tops of private estates.
