Seeking experienced and skilled Industrial Welders to join our team. As an Industrial Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Your exceptional welding expertise will contribute to the production and assembly of various metal components and structures.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts together in accordance with project specifications.

2. Utilize welding equipment, tools, and materials efficiently and safely.

3. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements and specifications.

4. Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.

5. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

6. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects accurately and efficiently.

7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues or malfunctions that may arise during the welding process.

9. Assist in the setup and preparation of materials and work areas for welding operations.

10. Maintain accurate documentation of welding activities, including welding logs and inspection reports.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid welding certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society) certification a plus.

3. Proven experience as an Industrial Welder in a similar manufacturing or industrial setting.

4. Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

5. Strong knowledge of welding materials, equipment, and safety procedures.

6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.

9. Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.

10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
