Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking to hire two(2) Registered Nurses to join our team You will provide services to the male inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI). 

Responsibilities:

  •  Providing direct patient care 
  • Drawing and processing blood from patients for analysis or other medical purposes.
  •  Assisting staff clinicians and clinical specialty consultants in the management and coordination of patient flow 
  • General administrative duties, including answering the phone, pulling, filing, and copying medical records, requesting and scanning medical records, data collection/organization, and maintaining supplies/equipment in all patient care areas.
  • Administer medications, including vaccinations, and ensure cleanliness and resupply of pill line areas.
  • Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Must be Health Care Provider Basic Life Saver (BLS) certified, in accordance with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Must have at least one year experience.
