Job DescriptionJob Description

T&M is currently seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer with 5+ years of related experience to join our Site Development Group in the Mount Laurel, NJ office. Responsibilities include site design & site civil engineering, stormwater management design, managing, supervision and oversight of multiple Site Design and Site Civil Land Development projects, mentoring of staff, and preparation of reports/findings, plans, specifications, cost estimates and other contract documents.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with site design and site civil land development and knowledge of design standards and regulations, procedures and practices is essential.
  • PE License (NJ or PA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and an ability to perform all aspects of site design and site civil engineering.
  • Fluency with Auto CAD and Civil 3D is essential. Knowledge and experience with Feasibility/Due Diligence studies, Land Use/Zoning, Stormwater Management Modeling & Facility Design, and land development (e.g. NPDES, HOP).
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have superior organizational abilities, pay attention to detail, be proactive in nature, and have exceptional technology skills.
