We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Truck Part Sales Office Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and assisting with various administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Assist with processing sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information, pricing, and availability.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and manage inventory levels.

Generate reports on sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any issues or concerns.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and promote sales.

Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, shipping, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience with any data entry software nice to have.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Knowledge of truck parts or automotive industry experience is desirable but not required.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.

Proficiency in Polish and/or Ukrainian languages is considered a plus.
