Title : Supply Chain Contracts Administrator

Location : East Aurora New York 14059

Duration : 9 months contract

Pay : $28.85/hr on W2

M-F 8am to 4:45pm

This is a full Time Temporary position. The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager of Contracts in support of activities currently being performed by Contract Administrators. They will work closely with these personnel and have the following accountabilities:

1) Serve as point of contact with the customer on assigned programs.

2) Deal effectively with people both inside and outside of the company.

3) Review purchase orders with appropriate disciplines to insure that all contractual requirements are consistent with proposal.

4) Initiate and maintain sales orders within business systems.

5) Interface with Government personnel and data systems.

6) Maintain current and accurate contract files including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders.

1 to 3 years of experience in a contract role or equivalent

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
