Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time position which operates Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Job duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service scheduling service calls
  • Placing orders for parts
  • Communicating with technicians and vendors
  • Answering incoming customer inquiries and service calls via e-mail and phone
  • Check and answer company emails
  • Send and follow-up on estimates

Be prepared for busy work culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience
  • Proficiency working with computer systems
