We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our reputable veterinary practice. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in portraying our practice's image to the public. Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory for this position, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and appointment scheduling via phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining detailed and up-to-date client records.
• Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Collect payments from clients, accurately process transactions, and provide receipts as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and relay important information to clients.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary services, products, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable with computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work full-time hours during the week and alternating Saturdays.

Please note this position is not isolated and you may be in close vicinity of various animals throughout the day.
