Experienced Machine Operator

Precision Machining company in Kent is looking for an experienced and qualified machinist to join their team on 1st shift.
SHIFT: 1ST (7A-3P) Monday-Friday
PAY: $18-22/hr. based on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, product machining, prototyping, and fabrication. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines.
- Perform product machining, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Engage in prototyping and fabrication of new parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all products comply with company quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, particularly with CNC Milling and CNC Turning.
- Strong knowledge of product machining, prototyping, and fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
