In this position you will be responsible for the following:

· Repair, maintenance and modifications to existing equipment

· Perform warranty work on equipment and retrain customer personnel as required

· Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine the cause and recommend corrective action.

· Work with engineering to identify potential product improvements based on observations in the field.

· This role requires motivation, strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly on technical matters.

As a field service engineer you will help ensure that equipment and machinery function optimally, minimize downtime, and provide excellent customer service. It requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

What it takes to succeed:

All you need is an associate’s degree or higher in engineering or 5 years of experience in a field-related role. You will need to be willing to travel minimally 75% of the time to our customers. Strong technical problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge. Strong mechanical skills with basic controls and electrical knowledge.
