H&R Construction Equipment Parts in Buffalo, NY is looking for a creative, passionate, and driven individual to work as a Construction Equipment Technician.

What will I do?

  • Disassembly of off-road construction equipment
  • Cleaning, tagging and logging of parts in accordance with company procedures
  • Taking pictures of parts
  • Transferring parts to the proper storage area

What’s required from me?

  • Mechanic knowledge, preferably in heavy machinery
  • Experience with construction equipment, preferred
  • Ability to operate a Forklift and Crane
  • Ability to understand the layout of machine and engine assemblies
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple tools
  • Basic mechanic tools are required to have
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Certified Forklift Operator Certificate, helpful
  • Lift 50 to 100 lbs.
  • 90% standing and 10% sitting
