Job Description: As a Retail Sales Associate at Carter's Boots, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and assisting with boot repair services in our retail store. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn boot repair techniques and assist with repair tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Provide product demonstrations and fittings as necessary
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
• Learn and assist with boot repair services, including basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends 
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to learn boot repair techniques and assist with repair tasks
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and helping others
