Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Summary: The Order Completion Production Associate will be responsible for all production activities
involved in preparing products for shipment. Doing this may require ensuring proper paint coating, dry time,
labeling, and packaging of products. In addition to order completion activities, the associate will also participate
in order changeover efforts and keep their work area organized and tidy. Finally, it is expected that Order
Completion Production Associates will punctually attend to their work at required times and work diligently to
achieve production goals.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
 Ensure the product is properly prepared for painting.
 Monitor the quality and efficiency of the paint machine and pain line.
 Verify regulators meet quality standards (verify bolts and caps are tight)
 Run the product through an additional paint cycle if necessary.
 Monitor the paint machine and notify your supervisor Is malfunctions occur.
 Print and punch correct labels for corresponding orders
 Assemble boxes for shipment.
 Package products correctly- ensuring the proper number of regulators per box, and appropriate dividers
are used to protect products for shipping.
 Neatly and securely tape boxes for shipment
 Neatly and securely wrap boxes using the wrap machine.
 Ship products to customers.

Compensation and Benefits: $18.40/hour plus bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays. No nights, No weekends
