Interact and talk with professional truck drivers and other Idleair customers on the truck stop parking lot for the purpose of selling and supporting Idleair services.
Establish new accounts and train new members to use Idleair services.
Provide excellent customer service consistent with the Idleair expectations.
Maintain a professional working relationship with all travel center personnel.
Daily preventative maintenance which includes cleaning window modules and making sure that drivers have an adequate supply of materials available for guests that arrive after hours.
Report site issues to Management, and/or Customer Support in a timely fashion.
Cut window adapters to appropriate template size.
Assist customers with the installation of window adapters and the Idleair Service Module.
Lifting 24 lbs. overhead, walking, standing, and bending while on a truck stop parking lot during the majority of the shift.
