We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead a team of carpenters on remodeling sites

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to meet project requirements

- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing windows, doors, and molding

- Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Estimate materials and labor costs for projects

- Conduct quality control inspections

Qualifications

- Proficient in carpentry skills including plumb, flooring installation, concrete forming, construction painting, siding, drywall, door hanging

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
