Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the helping with the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will help hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in management of a successful restaurant.  
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Help develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
  • Help hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Help create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain food quality daily
  • Report to upper management
  • Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
  • Stepping in wherever needed, whenever needed
 Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Toast software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pivot on a dime
  • Outside the box thinker for a new Restaurant business that has never been done before
  • Flexible schedule
  • Previous Cooking experience
  • Events experience a plus
