Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced and Handyman to join our client in the residential property industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition. This role requires a hands-on, self-motivated individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $20HR

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, addressing issues such as leaks, electrical faults, broken fixtures, and other common household problems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of properties to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Assist with property improvements and renovations, including installing fixtures, drywall repair, flooring, and other upgrade projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards and within designated timeframes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to speak English is highly preferred.
